To chip or not to chip.

There's a lot of talk about RFID chips. The U.S. government wants to have drivers licenses chipped by 2008 and an RFID chip the size of 2 grains of rice, embedded under the skin, seems to be the next step. U.S. passports are already chipped, supposedly to control terrorism. There are people lining up to be chipped so they can pay for services on the fly and locate missing children, and soon, if you're not chipped, you won't gain access to government buildings or airplanes. Before long, the allure of a wallet-less, cashless, paper-less society will make getting chipped all the rage in modern cosmopolitan society. You can go to clubs and restaurants and never receive a bill, as if you had someone else pay for your dinner and drinks using your credit card. Your secure work place will open doors automatically and you will be greeted by name from every access terminal.

On the surface it doesn't sound so bad. So, we might have to give up some anonymity for the good life, and we can rest assured that everyone who is chipped will be a responsible, honest, human being with a good credit rating, worthy of acceptance almost everywhere. When the society is fully chipped, the bad guys can be systematically eliminated by simply turning off their chips, preventing those people from eating, housing and gaining access to places only worthy chipped people can go.

Although being chipped might have it's advantages, the downside is not all of us wish to walk in lockstep with the herd. Not gaining entrance to airport terminals and government buildings might be a blessing for some but a real hindrance for the movers and shakers of our society, especially all those people working for the government or airlines. Would you quit your job rather than be chipped?

So, what's it all about? Is the RFID program designed to have total control over the world population or is it designed as a litmus test to see who might be worthy enough to be considered for something else, like entrance to deep underground military and civilian installations in the event of a world-wide catastrophe? A way to separate the chaff from the grain, so to speak? After all, you don't want to be in an underground bunker for a few decades with a serial killer, do you? Will refusing to be chipped prevent you from surviving?

For the record, I'm as opposed as anyone to RFID chipping but I can see some definite advantages by looking at this in a slightly different way.

We are now in the age of ethics where all truth will be revealed.

As any seasoned driver can tell you, if the speed limit says 65, that means 65 or over, usually 75 or thereabouts.
I wish I had a nickel for every idiot that thinks keeping their car in cruise at 68mph in the hammer lane, passing trucks doing 67mph is a reasonable idea.
Every day and night I see these morons infuriating everyone within line of sight of their annoying driving habits.

Picture a high speed highway with two lanes going in one direction and two lanes going in the opposite direction with a wide medial strip between them. Now picture a heavy semi in the granny lane doing 68mph with one asshole trying to pass him for five miles. Up ahead is free, open space as far as the eye can see while behind them is about a hundred cars trying to decide which lane is moving faster. The asshole trying to pass is talking on his cell or eating her lunch or running on 3 cylinders but more often than not they're on cruise control and enjoy staying in the left lane for reasons only morons like this can understand.(New yorkers love driving like this) As soon as there's an opening the car behind the asshole moves in the right lane to pass, only to get behind another vehicle going the speed of the last truck, with not enough room to get in front of the asshole. For a moment, both cars are riding side by side and you can almost hear the thoughts from the enraged motorists in the rear... Now's your chance. SHOOT DA BITCH!

Another five miles and the asshole finally passes the second truck and everyone breathes a sigh of relief, until they see this total asshat hit what's left of his gas petal and zoom up to 85mph. Everyone knows he can't keep up this speed for long and kicks it in overdrive to pass this menace before he starts to pass another truck. The race is on! A hundred cars doing in excess of 90mph, bumper to bumper. And then it happens... another truck in the granny lane doing 68mph and the bastard spawn begins his slow motion pass at 69mph.

There's two ways to handle this kind of idiot. You can get in the granny lane and do 65 and have the road to yourself or, if you're lucky enough to be behind this jerk, climb up his ass, turn on your high beams, blow your horn, and swerve all over the road while alternating your turn signals. This action closely resembles a drunk driver trying to outrun a swarm of giant bats, and it scares the shit out of anyone in front of them.

I've used this drunken Mad Max technique with great success, and an added benefit is everyone on the highway instantly gives you a wide berth, assuring your ride to be a most pleasant one... at least until you get behind another asshole cruising at 68 in the hammer lane.

Just one more reason I stopped carrying my gun to work.

it's just a job

In the summer of '84 I had the opportunity to transport a truck load of batteries to the Ford motor company in Detroit, MI. I was very excited driving around in the center of the automobile industry but being a stranger, I found myself hopelessly lost in one of the seedier parts of town. I drove around for quite some time before I realized I needed directions. Up ahead I saw the lights of what appeared to be a police car. Great! These guys know the roads. I'll ask them. I got to the flashing lights, double parked my rig and as I was walking across the street I noticed about six guys up against the wall, spread eagle, while a cop was patting them down. I walked up to the cop and said "excuse me, officer". He turned in mid pat and looked at me. I said I was looking for the Ford motor company and got lost downtown. He smiled and said I was in the wrong neighborhood and turned and pointed out the route I should take to get back on track again. The cop acted like a gas station attendant, temporarily putting his regular work on hold to tend to a customer, only these weren't oil cans he was counting. As he was giving me directions, I glanced at the guys up against the wall and wondered if they had any weapons and if they'd use them, now that the cop had his back to them. The cop seemed like a pretty decent guy and we even chit chatted a bit before I left. As I closed the door to my rig I saw the cop give me a wave as he turned and continued to pat down the rest of the guys.

I guess it's the same everywhere. Any break from the routine, mundane, monotony of work is a welcome relief.

The more things change the more they stay the same.

what to do for 2012

2012 has been on my mind lately. I'm not OCD over 2012, but I simply wonder about it from time to time, trying to make the pieces fit.

1. There are various researchers who have independently discovered through the use of NASA photographs from the Mariner, Voyager, and Apollo missions and computer technology that at least Mars and the Moon have ancient ruins, proof that life, very much like our own, once inhabited these celestial bodies.

2. Anyone with workable knowledge of celestial mechanics can verify our solar system will align with the galaxy on or about December 2012.

3. NASA is keeping in service nearly every space machine they have, including the equipment that was slated to be scrapped years ago.

4. The Cydonia region of Mars and the pyramids at Giza, through complex celestial mathematics, confirm they were both created at the same time, most likely by the same people.

5. All this is old news to the people running this planet.

They've known about it for a very long time, and have been very busy preparing for every contingency, primarily to save their own lives and let the vast majority of Earthlings fend for themselves when the time comes to bail.
What proof is there that secret government agencies are working at breakneck speed to establish lifeboats for themselves? How about all those secret underground bases the size of cities, miles underground. All those not-so-secret FEMA compounds designed to hold many thousands of people. (I personally know of one such contractor who does this for a living. I'm sure you do too, if you think about it.) HAARP is designed to send billions of gigawatts into the ionosphere. Officially, "to see what happens." Our emerging police state, designed to contain the population when we all realize what's about to happen and no one else has a ticket out but the 1% of our great human society.

Something very big and exciting is in the works, and lots of top scientists and black-ops people are feverishly working on a solution. Only YOU aren't included in their plans. The Titanic has hit the iceberg, you and everyone you know is secured below deck and there's only one lifeboat, and that's for the captain.

I've never been in a planetary cataclysm before, so my mind can't comprehend the sort of thing happening on Earth that happened on Mars and the Moon that wiped out these obviously advanced civilizations.

There are two things we can do about this.

1. Let everyone know, including your government officials, that this is no time to keep secrets. As members of the human community, we have a right to be in on this. If we pool our resources, we might be able to discover a new way to interpret hyper-dimensional physics and stand a better chance to save the planet rather than a handful of secretive, selfish control freaks who think hiding in underground bomb shelters or escaping with anti-gravity spaceships will do anyone any good.

2. Fix this problem ourselves. We're becoming a more spiritual people for a reason. Our DNA is advancing, perhaps for this very thing that might happen on 2012. If we collectively divert catastrophe, simply by wanting it at the same time, we can transform this planet to literally, heaven on Earth.

I'm leaning on #2, because the control freaks will never give up their secrets and will be willing to die before anyone knows as much as they do.

lucid dreams

Except for one dreamless night using the orgone pulser, I've been dreaming about orgone related stuff every night since July. Most of the dreams are quite bizarre with very little likeness to waking reality. Because I can't associate these dreams to waking reality I tend to forget them shortly after I wake up. One thing I do remember is every night a dream tends to go into skipping mode. It's as if part of the dream repeats itself over and over like a skipping record. Sometimes I'll wake up, roll over, and go right back into the skip for a few more hours, only to wake up with the dream fresh in my mind but slowly leaking out until only tiny dream fragments are left.

I decided I should practice lucid dreaming in order to see what these dreams are all about. So, I got a notebook and pen, set it on my nightstand and programed myself to write down my dreams as soon as I wake up to allow me to recall them easier.
The first night I dreamed I wrote in my notebook what I dreamed about and in a groggy haze I woke up and wrote...I dreamed I wrote my dream down. Not quite what I was looking for, so I reprogrammed myself to remember to write down what my dream was about.

Here's the notes from day 2:

Norwegian hot sausage.
They want to save the Norwegian crocs who became pets.
Plasma super net.
Carpet Earths the size of golf balls and oranges.
The round tops got the message.

Because of the notes I was able to recall this particular dream along with some details that don't make a lot of sense. For example: I never knew there was such a thing as Norwegian hot sausage. The Norwegian couple would jokingly call me Bill, as in Bill Shatner. The martinis they made had small oranges in them. The crocodiles seemed to feel at home swimming in the fjords.
But most importantly, who or what are the round tops and why the hell am I dreaming about Norway?

Last night I had a skipping dream that involved a rather large amazon female with big, platinum blond hair holding a white two dimensional rectangle about 9" wide and 12" tall. She held this object so that I could clearly see it while she looked me straight in the eye and patiently repeated something over and over for what seemed like hours. I asked what was with this repeating business and the answer came to me in metaphor. I saw two hands holding a shirt, washing it in a stream. Each time the shirt was plunged into the stream it came out cleaner than before. The hands repeated the wash cycle over and over until the shirt was clean.

It's not the subject matter that's in question but the method. It's not important to know the meaning of the white rectangle any more than understanding the meaning of the wood you practiced with when you learned to drive a nail. It's the use of the hammer that's the lesson. The repeating is a cleansing.

I understand now. It's the first day of school.

When Gandhi was asked his opinion of Western civilization he said it would be a good idea. But that oft-cited quote, is misleading, assuming as it does that civilization is an unmitigated blessing.

Civilized people, we are told, live peacefully and cooperatively with their fellows, sharing the necessary labour in order to obtain the leisure to develop arts and sciences. And while that would be a good idea, it is not a good description of what has been going on in the so-called advanced cultures during the past 8,000 years.

Civilization, as we know it, is largely the creation of psychopaths. All civilizations, our own included, have been based on slavery and “warfare.” Incidentally, the latter term is a euphemism for mass murder.

The prevailing recipe for civilization is simple:

1) Use lies and brainwashing to create an army of controlled, systematic mass murderers;

2) Use that army to enslave large numbers of people (i.e. seize control of their labour power and its fruits);

3) Use that slave labour power to improve the brainwashing process (by using the economic surplus to employ scribes, priests, and PR men). Then go back to step one and repeat the process.

Psychopaths have played a disproportionate role in the development of civilization, because they are hard-wired to lie, kill, injure, and generally inflict great suffering on other humans without feeling any remorse. The inventor of civilization — the first tribal chieftain who successfully brainwashed an army of controlled mass murderers—was almost certainly a genetic psychopath. Since that momentous discovery, psychopaths have enjoyed a significant advantage over non-psychopaths in the struggle for power in civilizational hierarchies — especially military hierarchies.

Military institutions are tailor-made for psychopathic killers. The 5% or so of human males who feel no remorse about killing their fellow human beings make the best soldiers. And the 95% who are extremely reluctant to kill make terrible soldiers — unless they are brainwashed with highly sophisticated modern techniques that turn them (temporarily it is hoped) into functional psychopaths.

In On Killing, Lt. Col. Dave Grossman has re-written military history, to highlight what other histories hide: The fact that military science is less about strategy and technology, than about overcoming the instinctive human reluctance to kill members of our own species. The true “Revolution in Military Affairs” was not Donald Rumsfeld’s move to high-tech in 2001, but Brigadier Gen. S.L.A. Marshall’s discovery in the 1940s that only 15-20% of World War II soldiers along the line of fire would use their weapons: “Those (80-85%) who did not fire did not run or hide (in many cases they were willing to risk great danger to rescue comrades, get ammunition, or run messages), but they simply would not fire their weapons at the enemy, even when faced with repeated waves of banzai charges” (Grossman, p. 4).

Marshall’s discovery and subsequent research, proved that in all previous wars, a tiny minority of soldiers — the 5% who are natural-born psychopaths, and perhaps a few temporarily-insane imitators—did almost all the killing. Normal men just went through the motions and, if at all possible, refused to take the life of an enemy soldier, even if that meant giving up their own. The implication: Wars are ritualized mass murders by psychopaths of non-psychopaths. (This cannot be good for humanity’s genetic endowment!)

Marshall’s work, brought a Copernican revolution to military science. In the past, everyone believed that the soldier willing to kill for his country was the (heroic) norm, while one who refused to fight was a (cowardly) aberration. The truth, as it turned out, was that the normative soldier hailed from the psychopathic five percent. The sane majority, would rather die than fight.

The implication, too frightening for even the likes of Marshall and Grossman to fully digest, was that the norms for soldiers’ behaviour in battle had been set by psychopaths. That meant that psychopaths were in control of the military as an institution. Worse, it meant that psychopaths were in control of society’s perception of military affairs. Evidently, psychopaths exercised an enormous amount of power in seemingly sane, normal society.

How could that be? In Political Ponerology, Andrzej Lobaczewski explains that clinical psychopaths enjoy advantages even in non-violent competitions to climb the ranks of social hierarchies. Because they can lie without remorse (and without the telltale physiological stress that is measured by lie detector tests) psychopaths can always say whatever is necessary to get what they want. In court, for example, psychopaths can tell extreme bald-faced lies in a plausible manner, while their sane opponents are handicapped by an emotional predisposition to remain within hailing distance of the truth. Too often, the judge or jury imagines that the truth must be somewhere in the middle, and then issues decisions that benefit the psychopath. As with judges and juries, so too with those charged with decisions concerning who to promote and who not to promote in corporate, military and governmental hierarchies. The result is that all hierarchies inevitably become top-heavy with psychopaths.

So-called conspiracy theorists, some of whom deserve the pejorative connotation of that much-abused term, often imagine that secret societies of Jews, Jesuits, bankers, communists, Bilderbergers, Muslim extremists, papists, and so on, are secretly controlling history, doing dastardly deeds, and/or threatening to take over the world. As a leading “conspiracy theorist” according to Wikipedia, I feel eminently qualified to offer an alternative conspiracy theory which, like the alternative conspiracy theory of 9/11, is both simpler and more accurate than the prevailing wisdom: The only conspiracy that matters is the conspiracy of the psychopaths against the rest of us.

Behind the apparent insanity of contemporary history, is the actual insanity of psychopaths fighting to preserve their disproportionate power. And as that power grows ever-more-threatened, the psychopaths grow ever-more-desperate. We are witnessing the apotheosis of the overworld—the criminal syndicate or overlapping set of syndicates that lurks above ordinary society and law just as the underworld lurks below it. In 9/11 and the 9/11 wars, we are seeing the final desperate power-grab or “endgame” (Alex Jones) of brutal, cunning gangs of CIA drug-runners and President-killers; money-laundering international bankers and their hit-men, economic and otherwise; corrupt military contractors and gung-ho generals; corporate predators and their political enablers; brainwashers and mind-rapists euphemistically known as psy-ops experts and PR specialists—in short, the whole sick crew of certifiable psychopaths running our so-called civilization. And they are running scared. It was their terror of losing control that they projected onto the rest of us by blowing up the Twin Towers and inciting temporary psychopathic terror-rage in the American public.

Why does the pathocracy fear it is losing control? Because it is threatened by the spread of knowledge. The greatest fear of any psychopath is of being found out. As George H. W. Bush said to journalist Sarah McClendon, December 1992, “If the people knew what we had done, they would chase us down the street and lynch us.” Given that Bush is reported to have participated in parties where child prostitutes were sodomized and otherwise abused, among his many other crimes, his statement to McClendon should be taken seriously.

Psychopaths go through life knowing that they are completely different from other people. They quickly learn to hide their lack of empathy, while carefully studying others’ emotions so as to mimic normalcy while cold-bloodedly manipulating the normals.

Today, thanks to new information technologies, we are on the brink of unmasking the psychopaths and building a civilization of, by and for the normal human being — a civilization without war, a civilization based on truth, a civilization in which the saintly few rather than the diabolical few would gravitate to positions of power. We already have the knowledge necessary to diagnose psychopathic personalities and keep them out of power. We have the knowledge necessary to dismantle the institutions in which psychopaths especially flourish — militaries, intelligence agencies, large corporations, and secret societies. We simply need to disseminate this knowledge, and the will to use it, as widely as possible.

Above all, we need to inform the public about how psychopaths co-opt and corrupt normal human beings. One way they do this, is by manipulating shame and denial — emotions foreign to psychopaths but common and easily-induced among normals.

Consider how gangs and secret societies (psychopaths’ guilds in disguise) recruit new members. Some criminal gangs and satanist covens demand that candidates for admission commit a murder to “earn their stripes.” Skull and Bones, the Yale-based secret society that supplies the CIA with drug-runners, mind-rapists, child abusers and professional killers, requires neophytes to lie naked in a coffin and masturbate in front of older members while reciting the candidate’s entire sexual history. By forcing the neophyte to engage in ritualized behaviour that would be horrendously shameful in normal society, the psychopaths’ guild destroys the candidate’s normal personality, assuming he had one in the first place, and turns the individual into a co-opted, corrupt, degraded shadow of his former self — a manufactured psychopath or psychopath’s apprentice.

This manipulation of shame has the added benefit of making psychopathic organizations effectively invisible to normal society. Despite easily available media reports, American voters in 2004 simply refused to see that the two major-party presidential candidates had lain naked in a coffin masturbating in front of older Bonesmen in order to gain admission to Skull and Bones and thus become members of the criminal overworld. Likewise, many Americans have long refused to see that hawkish elements of the overworld, operating through the CIA, had obviously been the murderers of JFK, MLK, RFK, JFK Jr., Malcolm X, ChÈ, AllendÈ, Wellstone, Lumumba, Aguilera, Diem, and countless other relatively non-psychopathic leaders. They refuse to see the continuing murders of millions of people around the world in what amounts to an American holocaust. They refuse to see the evidence that the psychopaths’ guilds running America’s most powerful institutions use the most horrific forms of sexualized abuse imaginable to induce multiple-personality-disorder in child victims, then use the resulting mind-control slaves as disposable drug-runners, prostitutes, Manchurian candidates, and even diplomatic envoys. And of course they refuse to see that 9/11 was a transparently obvious inside job, and that their own psychopath-dominated military-intelligence apparatus is behind almost every major terrorist outrage of recent decades.

All of this psychopathic behaviour at the top of the social hierarchy is simply too shameful for ordinary people to see, so they avert their gaze, just as wives of husbands who are sexually abusing their children sometimes refuse to see what is happening in plain view. If deep, deep denial were a river in Egypt, American citizens’ wilful blindness would be more like the Marianas Trench.

But thanks to the power of the internet, people everywhere are waking up. The only obvious non-psychopath among Republican presidential candidates, Ron Paul, also happens to be the only candidate in either party with significant grassroots support.

If “love” is embedded in the Revolution Ron Paul heralds, that is because Dr. Paul — a kindly, soft-spoken physician who has delivered more than 4,000 babies — implicitly recognizes that government is the invention and tool of psychopaths, and therefore must be strictly limited in scope and subjected to a rigorous system of checks and balances, lest the psychopath’s tools, fear and hatred, replace love as the glue that binds society together.

The decline in militarism since World War II in advanced countries, the spread of literacy and communications technology, and the people’s growing demands for a better life, together represent a gathering force that terrifies the pathocracy, (those alternately competing-then-cooperating gangs of psychopaths who have ruled through lies, fear and intimidation since the dawn of so-called civilization).

Since nuclear weapons have made war obsolete, the pathocracy is terrified that its favourite social control mechanism — ritualized mass slaughter — is increasingly unavailable. And if war was the great human tragedy, the pathocrats’ pathetic attempt at a war-substitute — the transparently phoney “war on terror” — is repeating it as sheerest farce.

Truly, we are witnessing the twilight of the psychopaths. Whether in their death throes they succeed in pulling down the curtain of eternal night on all of us, or whether we resist them and survive to see the dawn of a civilization worthy of the name, is the great decision in which all of us others, however humbly, are now participating.

Nearly a dozen members of a police SWAT team in western Colorado punched a hole in the front door and invaded a family's home with guns drawn, demanding that an 11-year-old boy who had had an accidental fall accompany them to the hospital, on the order of Garfield County Magistrate Lain Leoniak.

The boy's parents and siblings were thrown to the floor at gunpoint and the parents were handcuffed in the weekend assault, and the boy's father told WND it was all because a paramedic was upset the family preferred to care for their son themselves.

Someone, apparently the unidentified paramedic, called police, the sheriff's office and social services, eventually providing Leoniak with a report that generated the magistrate's court order to the sheriff's office for the SWAT team assault on the family's home in a mobile home development outside of Glenwood Springs, the father, Tom Shiflett, told WND.

WND calls and e-mails to Garfield County Social Services were not returned, and Leoniak, who earlier served as a water court clerk/referee, also was not available.

Sheriff Lou Vallario, however, did call back, and told WND he ordered his officers to do exactly what the magistrate demanded.

"I was given a court order by the magistrate to seize the child, and arrange for medical evaluation, and that's what we did," he said.

According to friends of the family, Tom Shiflett, who has 10 children including six still at home, and served with paramedics in Vietnam, was monitoring his son's condition himself.

The paramedic and magistrate, however, ruled that that wasn't adequate, and dispatched the officers to take the boy, John, to a hospital, where a doctor evaluated him and released him immediately.

The accident happened during horseplay, Tom Shiflett told WND. John was grabbing the door handle of a car as his sister was starting to drive away slowly. He slipped, fell to the ground and hit his head, Shiflett said.

He immediately carried his son into their home several doors away, and John was able to recite Bible verses and correctly spell words as his father and mother, Tina, requested. There were no broken bones, no dilated eyes, or any other noticeable problems.

The family, whose members live by faith and homeschool, decided not to call an ambulance. But a neighbor did call Westcare Ambulance, and paramedics responded to the home, asking to see and evaluate the boy.

The paramedics were allowed to see the boy, and found no significant impairment, but wanted to take him to the hospital for an evaluation anyway. Fearing the hospital's bills, the family refused to allow that.

"This apparently did not go over well with one of the paramedics and they started getting aggravated at Tom for not letting them have their way," a family acquaintance told WND.

"The paramedics were not at all respectful of Tom's decision, nor did they act in a manner we would expect from professional paramedics," the acquaintance said.

So the ambulance crew, who also could not be reached by WND, called police, only to be told the decision was up to the Shiflett familiy.

The paramedics then called the sheriff's office, and officers responded to the home, and were told everyone was being cared for.

Then the next day, Friday, social services workers appeared at the door and demanded to talk with John "in private."

They were so persistent Tom ended up having to get John out of the bathtub he was just soaking in, to bring him to the front porch where the social workers could see him, the family reported.

Then, following an afternoon shopping trip to town, the family settled in for the evening, only to be shocked with the SWAT team attack.

The sheriff said the decision to use SWAT team force was justified because the father was a "self-proclaimed constitutionalist" and had made threats and "comments" over the years.

However, the sheriff declined to provide a single instance of the father's illegal behavior. "I can't tell you specifically," he said.

"He was refusing to provide medical care," the sheriff said.

However, the sheriff said if his own children were involved in an at-home accident, he would want to be the one to make decisions on their healthcare, as did Shiflett.

"I guess if that was one of my children, I would make that decision," the sheriff said.

But he said Shiflett was "rude and confrontational" when the paramedics arrived and entered his home without his permission.

The sheriff also admitted that the injury to the child had been at least 24 hours earlier, because the fall apparently happened Thursday afternoon, and the SWAT attack happened late Friday evening.

Officials with the Home School Legal Defense Association reported they were looking into the case, because of requests from family friends who are members of the organization.

"While people can debate whether or not the father should have brought his son to the ER – it seems like this was not the kind of emergency that warrants this kind of outrageous conduct by government officials," a spokesman said.

Tom Shiflett said when John was evaluated by the physician, "they didn't find anything wrong with him."

He said the paramedics never should have entered his home, but they followed his wife in the front door when she came in.

"My attention was on my son," Shiflett said.

He said the SWAT team punched a hole in his door with a ramrod, and the first officer in the home pointed a gun right in the face of Tom's 20-year-old daughter.

"I don't know where social services ever got started, or where they got their authority," he said. "But I want to know why we have something in this country that violates our rights, that takes a parental right away."

He said he saw a multitude of injuries in Vietnam, and while he recognized that his son needed to be watched, he wasn't willing to turn his child over to the paramedics.

With 10 children, most of them older than John, it's not as if he hasn't seen a bruise or two, either, he said.

"Now I'm hunting for lawyers that will take the case … I'm going to sue everybody whose name was on that page right down to the judge," he said.

Mike Donnelly, a lawyer with the HSLDA, told WND the case had a set of circumstances that could be problematic for authorities.

"In Doe V. Heck, the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals held that parents have a fundamental right to familial relations including a liberty interest in the care, custody and control of their children," he said.

He also said many social services agencies apply "a one size fits all approach" to cases, regardless of circumstances.
